General Terms of Sale
Article 1 — Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the registration procedures for the International Online Championship of Healed Results in Permanent Makeup.
By registering, participants fully and unconditionally accept these GTC as well as the Official Championship Rules.
Article 2 — Organizer
The championship organizer is the entity mentioned in the legal notices of the website.
Article 3 — Services
The registration includes in particular:
- –access to the championship in the selected category or categories
- –examination of the application by an international jury
- –evaluation of the works according to the official criteria
- –an international participation diploma
- –access to official results
- –awards corresponding to the ranking achieved, where applicable.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are indicated on the website.
They are expressed in the currency mentioned at the time of ordering.
The organizer reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the registration is validated.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of registration.
The registration is only definitively validated upon receipt of payment.
Article 6 — Confirmation
After payment validation, the participant receives a registration confirmation by email.
Article 7 — Cancellation
Every registration is personal, firm and final.
Unless otherwise required by law, registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, withdrawal or failure to submit the application by the participant.
Article 8 — Amendment to the Championship
The organizer may modify the dates, schedule, organizational arrangements or jury composition if circumstances require.
In the event of complete cancellation of the championship by the organizer, the terms of refund or postponement will be communicated to participants.
Article 9 — Liability
The organizer cannot be held liable for:
- –technical issues preventing the submission of applications
- –errors made by the participant during registration
- –incomplete or late-submitted applications.
Article 10 — Intellectual Property
All championship content remains the exclusive property of the organizer.
Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Article 11 — Personal Data
The data collected is used exclusively for the organization of the championship, communication with participants and the awarding of prizes.
Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
Article 12 — Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to the law applicable in the organizer's country.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
